Several residents living in Broadwalk Urban Village residential complex in Midrand have been left homeless after a blaze engulfed the property late Tuesday night. 
JOHANNESBURG – Hundreds of residents of the Midrand complex gutted by fire are now without accommodation and food.
The City of Johannesburg says it has not yet traced the owner of the property, to assist in resolving the accommodation issue.
The body of a woman from Mahikeng has been discovered in the burned building.
